The Yakama Nation's Yakama Reservation Watershed Program (YRWP) is requesting bids for Revegetation of a Salmon Habitat Enhancement Project, implemented along Toppenish Creek, a tributary of the Yakama River, in 2026. The project will involve the revegetation work elements found in the Project Plans and specifications attached to this Request for Bids announcement.

Please note that bids will be due in Toppenish by Close of Business, Wednesday, June 25, 2025, in hardcopy form. Only hardcopy proposals submitted to Yakama Nation Fisheries via parcel delivery service or postal mail, or hand delievered will be accepted. Bids should be mailed or shipped to:
We strongly encourage all contractors submitting bids to get their hardcopy packages in the mail one week prior to the closing date to ensure timely delivery. It is also recommended that you email Loverne George (geol@yakamafish-nsn.gov) a digital copy of the bid you have submitted as well as a copy of your certified mail certificate for proof of submission.
Additional Information:
- Davis Bacon Wages Apply to this contract. The winning contractor will adhere to the Davis Bacon rules and comply and submit all necessary paperwork to the Yakama Nation.
- The Yakama Nation is exempt from state taxes on this project. Please see the attached Treaty Fishery Exempt Cover Letter and Treaty Fishery Exempt Certificate. The winning contractor will receive signed copies for their records.
- This project has adopted by reference in the Engineer's Planset the 2025 Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction.
