Revision – Effective April 13, 2026: Special Provisions for the Columbia River: T-56-026 Section 1.D: 9. Set bag nets with a circumference of sixty (60) feet may not be fished as buoy sets, nor may they be buoyed out from a platform using a reach-pole pulley system. 10. It shall be unlawful to fish a set bag net with a circumference of sixty (60) feet outside of the Columbia River, including all tributaries.
