Ahtanum at Lynch Lane Stream Restoration - Request for Design Proposals

Dear Consulting Firms:

The Yakama Nation’s Fisheries Program is seeking design proposals for a stream restoration project located along Ahtanum Creek (RM 18-20) near the Lynch Lane stream crossing in Yakima County, Washington. The restoration designs will aim to address habitat limitations for Mid-Columbia Steelhead. Based upon the proposals received under this solicitation, the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation will award a contract to the best quality bidder for the Scope of Work. The deadline for submitting your proposal is Wednesday, April 8^th  – 5:00 PM. Proposals will not be accepted after this date/time.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

Request for Proposal – MUST BE MAILED, EMAILED, OR HAND-DELIVERED TO BE CONSIDERED. Submissions may be received through one of the following ways:

Please review the attached Consultant Services Agreement template for typical Yakama Nation contracting terms and conditions, including reporting/invoicing requirements.
