The Yakama Nation is requesting bids for complete construction of one, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-five square foot residence located at 301 Fish Hatchery Road in Glenwood, WA. The Yakama Nation will perform all building, mechanical and electrical permitting, and inspections for the project. Contractor must be licensed and bonded in WA State. All work on the project must be completed prior to June 1, 2027, and the bids must indicate avail-ability accordingly. A non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on April 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM PDT, providing an opportunity for interested parties to gain a comprehensive understanding of the site. Written bid proposals must be received by email to jbartholomew@ykfp.org on May 1, 2026, by 5:00 PM PDT and sent by mail/ hand-delivered to: Attn: Crystal Kuneki, Yakama Nation Fisheries Office, PO Box 151, Toppenish, WA 98948. The Yakama Nation plans to request bid proposals from qualified firms and subsequently con-tract for the performance of the project work within the project period. The successful contractor will be required to comply with federal and state laws, regulations, and Tribal ordinances.
